A new art house movie theater opened Friday, drawing 100 patrons to see Oscar-nominated documentaries, animated and live-action shorts. Two more big changes are coming to the downtown Wilmington space formerly known as the Hercules Building. The Chancery Market Food Hall & Bar will open its 10,000-square-foot garden plaza in May.
