Join former Delaware football standouts Troy Reeder, Brian O’Neill and Darnell Savage as they teach the next generation
After a successful free football clinic in 2022, some of Delaware’s finest from the football field will be returning to their home state to do it again. Titus Sports Academy will welcome back Troy Reeder, Brian O’Neill, and Darnell Savage, all Delaware natives, and former first-state high school athletes. On Friday, June 16, the current NFL Pros will lead kids ages 10-16 through drills, workouts, and games, all for FREE! Kids will participate in drills such as a laser-timed 40-yard dash, a vertical jump, and many others used by the pros to enhance their game. Registration begins Friday morning at 8:45 am and the clinic will run from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington, Delaware.
Reeder, O’Neill, and Savage are some of the finest football players to come out of Delaware in recent memory. Reeder, a super bowl champion with the Rams, was a state champion at Salesianum High School and a two-time All-CAA player for the Delaware Blue Hens. His high school teammate at Salesianum and a former second-round pick, Brian O’Neill, was named to his first pro bowl in 2022 as an Offensive Tackle for the Minnesota Vikings. Reeder and O ‘Neill are now teammates again, but this time in the NFL in Minnesota. Darnell Savage, the former Caravel star was a first-round pick of the Green Bay Packers back in 2019. He was the first Packer in history to record multiple interceptions in each of his first 3 seasons. A perfect event for the Delaware youth to learn from some of the best the state has to offer.
