Gov. Carney and DNREC Secretary Garvin celebrated and hiked part of 275 new acres added to 3,650-acre White Clay Creek State Park in Newark, enhancing recreational opportunities, bolstering wildlife habitats, and preserving additional open spaces in New Castle County.
