The Delaware Citizens Corps and the Delaware Emergency Management Agency will hold a “CERT Basic Training Class” on Friday and Saturday, August 26 and 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day at the Clayton Fire Company, 300 East Street, Clayton, DE 19938.
