RISE Delaware Rally to Save State Retirees’ Medicare

You are absolutely correct in your assumption that this proposed handover to Highmark will result in denials of access to doctors, procedures and necessary tests. This is how the private insurers guarantee their profits. At YOUR expense!
This proposal crafted in secrecy and with absolutely no input from retirees has been presented with total disregard for the truth and transparency you should expect from your government.
RISE Delaware has been formed to combat this harmful change and has filed a lawsuit to stop/delay this proposal. RISE Delaware and I, need your help to stop this assault on your rights.
I am asking you to attend the RISE Delaware rally opposing this mandate which will be held on Tuesday, October 4th starting at 12 noon. It will be held at 8th and French St. in the plaza area between the Caravel State building and the County Council building. It is imperative that we get a big crowd to voice our objections in a loud tone that will be heard in Dover. Please be there with your friends, families and neighbors. It is essential to your future.
