Delawareans have their first chance to skip the long lines and submit their early vote for the Sept. 10 primary elections Wednesday.
Round 1 of early voting is from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. everyday through Saturday.
Following Labor Day weekend, there’s a second round of early voting from Tuesday, Sept. 3, though Sunday, Sept. 8.

Voters can submit their ballots Tuesday, Sept. 3 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and polls are open from 7 a..m to 7 p.m. the rest of the week through Sunday.

New Castle County (6 locations)

- Christina Crossing: 501 South Walnut Street, Suite 13, in Wilmington’s ShopRite shopping center, directly next to WingStop

The voting process is essentially the same as normal voting, there’s just more days to do so during the early voting period, making it less crowded and hectic.
Remember to bring identification, which can be a valid photo ID like a drivers license, a copy of a utility bill, a bank statement or a government check, paycheck or other government document that displays a place of residence.
