As the start of the 2025-2026 school year approaches, the Delaware Department of Justice is inviting families to a Back-to-School Fair designed to support students and parents with essential supplies and fun activities.
The event will take place on Thursday, August 21, from noon to 3 p.m. at Helen Chambers Park, located at 709 West 6th Street in Wilmington.

Families attending the fair can expect a range of free resources, including backpacks, school supplies, and haircuts.
The event will also feature free food and family-friendly entertainment such as face-painting, nail-painting, and music.
The fair is open to all families with school-aged children and aims to ensure students are well-prepared and energized for the new academic year.
