The Concord Diner, a year-old 24-hour restaurant in North Wilmington, is for sale – on Facebook Marketplace.
“Used – like new,” says the listing. It gives the price as $220,000.
Uğur Dizman on Sept. 10 also listed the sale of the business on his personal Facebook Page.

Dizman did not respond to requests in several technologies to get a comment.
The diner opened in June of 2023, and its Facebook page calls it “a culinary haven born from 35 years of industry expertise.”
Its address is 2530 Concord Pike, just south of the Charcoal Pit. The building previously housed a restaurant called A Touch of Italy, which closed at the start of the pandemic, DelawareOnline reported. Before that, it was the Bella Coast Italian Kitchen & Market.
The Concord Diner at times goes beyond the large menu that diners are known for. In August, it hosted a DJ party dance night. In May, it set up a large Mother’s Day poster for selfies.
Another restaurant for sale on Facebook
Another restaurant that’s just a mile to the north is also listed on Facebook Marketplace – for $1.
“Opportunity to own your own business,” the ad for the Peach Cobbler Factory franchise reads. “Great income!! Priced for quick sale!! *Looking to sell ASAP!!!”

Seller Errol Biggs did not respond to a request for comment that was placed via the ad.
The place is at 3624 Concord Pike, in the Concord Gallery, a shopping center that’s anchored by Staples and Five Below.
The Peach Cobbler Factory is an 11-year-old “dessert concept” that earlier this year announced its 100th location, just 2.5 years after it started franchising, Restaurant Business reported.
Its menu includes cobblers (of course) but also puddings, cookies, milkshakes, cinnamon rolls, brownies and churros.
